Shipping Cost: The cost will be determined at check-out.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: 3 business days 

WRONG ADDRESS: Before placing an order, make sure you use the right address. We can change the receiving address but only before the package gets shipped out.

SHIPPING CARRIERS: USPS

DELIVERY SPEED: on average, 3-5 business days

DELAYS: After the package has been handed over to USPS, delays may happen and are out of our control.

Lost or damaged items: if an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible, and we will make it right. We are not responsible for lost packages after they have been marked as delivered.
